1. The administrative warehouse facility is located in the town ofNova Zagora, region ofSliven, 5,Tseninsko Shosse street, coordinates of the property – 42.502409, 26.020096. The facility is suitable for the storage of goods or a small production facility. The facility comprises a regulated land plot with an area of 5000 sq. m, on which have been built the administrative staff building, the warehouse building, a second warehouse building (shed) и a doorkeeper’s:
The administrative staff building is built on two floors, with the staircase reaching the roof terrace over the second floor. The warehouse facility has been built as a steel structure – columns and frames, walls and roof of sandwich panels. The roller door has dimensions of 400/300 cm. The flooring is of floated concrete with high wear-resistance.
3. The second warehouse facility, which comprises a shed in two floors, closed on three sides by profiled steel sheets and 4 roller doors on the northern side. The layout dimensions of the shed are 2044/500 cm and the height up to the highest point of the room is 550 cm.
The second warehouse building was built as a steel structure and surrounding walls of profiled steel sheets with a thickness of 0,6 mm. The flooring is of floated concrete with high wear-resistance.
The built area along the outline of the building on the ground amounts to 108,33 sq. m, and the total built area amounts to 208 sq. m.
The doorkeeper’s is located on the southeastern part of the property and comprises a single-floor building with layout dimensions of 340/380 cm. It consists of a room for the security staff and a toilet.
